You’re looking to buy.
Where do you start?
01. Determine your price range.
The first step is to determine your budget for purchasing a new home. It’s best to consult with a mortgage expert who can assess your income, assets, and credit history to provide you with a pre-approval for a loan. This pre-approval not only helps you refine your home search but also strengthens your offer when you’re ready to buy. If you don’t have a lender yet, I’d be happy to connect you with my preferred lender!
02. Make a wish list.
Picture your dream home and jot down all the key features, including the number of bedrooms & bathrooms, the style of the house, and its location. Next, categorize this list into essentials—things you absolutely need—and nice-to-haves—features that would be great but aren’t deal-breakers.
03. Start your search.
With your budget and home preferences sorted, it’s time to dive into your search, and the best starting point is online. As your real estate agent, I’ll send you potential listings and arranging in-person tours when you’re ready to take the next step.
04. Count on me.
My role in guiding you through the home-buying process is my favorite part of working with my clients. Recognizing that this may be one of the most significant financial decisions you’ll ever make, you can rely on me to be your advisor, your supporter, and your strongest advocate throughout the entire journey. But it doesn’t end there; I’ll be here to advise you throughout your years of homeownership!
